Struttura
La sua struttura alveolare permette la crescita del tessuto di granulazione e l’assorbimento dell’essudato in maniera verticale, garantendo oltre a questo anche un’azione di debridement estremamente efficace.
Efficacia
La sua efficacia è equiparabile ai sistemi più complessi di medicazione, come la terapia a pressione negativa o all’azione chirurgica, tuttavia è un materiale più economico e la sua applicazione non è dipendente dall’operatore.
Adattabilità
MOMOSAN è adatto a tutti i tipi di ferite, comprese le fistole e le lesioni con importanti sottominature, lesioni da pressione, ulcere vascolari, ulcere diabetiche, ustioni, escoriazioni e ferite chirurgiche.

Its alveolar structure allows for the growth of granulation tissue and the absorption of exudate in a vertical manner, ensuring an extremely effective debridement action.
Its effectiveness is comparable to more complex dressing systems, such as negative pressure therapy or surgical action, but it is a cheaper material and its application is not operator-dependent.
MOMOSAN is suitable for all types of wounds, including fistulas and wounds with significant undermining, pressure wounds, vascular ulcers, diabetic ulcers, burns, excoriations and surgical wounds.
The different types and formats available allow the operator to find the right answer for all types of wounds and facilitate the application of the dressing even in difficult sites.
MOMOSAN WHITE
MOMOSAN WHITE has a honeycomb structure with mixed open and closed pores of medium size and high absorbency. It is ideal for dressing pressure wounds, secreting ulcers, secreting fistulas, burns and excoriations.
It is recommended for use in the primary action, as the combination with other headmasters would limit its absorbent capacity.

MOMOSAN BLACK has a honeycomb structure with open pores and large cells, ideal for its high debridement capacity, either alone or in combination with other agents, for the autolytic debridement of pressure lesions, secreting ulcers and fistulas.
Its filter capacity makes its use advisable in secondary action
